- Agreement Overview
- These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Transeat's food delivery services by users ("Users") within Sokoto.
- Use of Services
- By using Transeat's platform, Users agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines provided by Transeat.
- Users must provide accurate and current information while placing orders through the Transeat platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information, including address and contact details.
- Ordering Process
- Users agree to pay for all orders placed through the Transeat platform.
- Users acknowledge that Transeat facilitates the delivery service and any issues with food quality or preparation should be addressed directly with the Partner establishment.
- Users agree to accept the ordered items upon delivery, and any refusal without reasonable cause may result in additional charges.
- Fees and Payments
- Users will be charged for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
- Transeat will deduct a service fee from the total order amount for its facilitation of the delivery service.
- Users agree to make payments using the available payment methods provided by Transeat.
- Delivery
- Transeat will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided. However, actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond Transeat's control.
- Users must be present or have a representative available at the specified delivery location to receive the order.
- Transeat and its delivery personnel are not liable for any delay caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the User.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Users may cancel orders within the stipulated cancellation window as specified by Transeat.
- Refunds for canceled orders or issues with the quality of the food items will be subject to Transeat's refund policy and the Partner's terms.
- User Conduct
- Users must not misuse the Transeat platform or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior while using the service.
- Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Transeat and its Partners.
- Termination
- Transeat reserves the right to terminate or suspend User access to its services in case of violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activities.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms will be governed by the laws of Sokoto.
- Any dispute arising between Transeat and Users will be subject to mediation, and if unresolved, binding arbitration in Sokoto.
- Amendments and Modifications
- Transeat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
- Transeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
- Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Transeat and Users concerning the use of the food delivery services.
By using Transeat's services, Users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Partnership
- Agreement Overview
- This agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions for partnership between Transeat and participating restaurants or food establishments ("Partners") in Sokoto for food delivery services.
- Partnership Details
- Transeat will facilitate the delivery of food orders placed by customers through its platform from the Partner's establishment to the customer's specified location.
- Partners agree to provide accurate menu details, pricing, availability, and any relevant updates promptly to Transeat.
- Partners acknowledge and agree to a commission fee of 5% on the total order amount for each successful transaction facilitated by Transeat.
- Responsibilities of Transeat
- Transeat will manage the technological platform for order placement, track deliveries, and handle customer support.
- Transeat will remit payments to Partners, deducting the 5% commission fee, within [agreed-upon timeframe] of successful order completion.
- Transeat will maintain confidentiality regarding Partner information and business operations.
- Responsibilities of Partners
- Partners will ensure the accuracy of menu items, pricing, and availability on the Transeat platform.
- Partners are responsible for preparing and packaging orders promptly for Transeat delivery personnel.
- Partners will maintain the quality of food items consistent with their standards and handle any complaints or issues raised by customers regarding the quality or preparation of food.
- Partners agree to honor all valid orders placed through Transeat.
- Commission and Payment
- Transeat will deduct a commission fee of 5% from the total order amount as compensation for its services rendered.
- Payments to Partners will be calculated based on the order totals after deducting the agreed-upon commission fee.
- Payment disbursement to Partners will occur within [agreed-upon timeframe] following successful order completion.
- Term and Termination
- This Agreement will be effective from the date of acceptance by both parties and will remain in force until terminated by either party with a [notice period].
- Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing, citing reasonable cause for termination.
- In the event of termination, any outstanding payments to be made or received will be settled within [agreed-upon timeframe].
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
